This past week I spent a lot of time learning how to upload videos of myself reading to an empty room or singing to an empty room, then learning how to upload them onto the SeeSaw app. It was a lot of documenting in a new format, so I neglected this site. Sorry ‘bout that.
The week ended all right, but there’s a lot of uncertainty right now. We aren’t charging parents, and the church is still working on ways to keep paying everyone. It’s all rather strange.
Anyway, Saturday was spent getting some work done: laundry, bills, cleaning, and hanging real curtains again so Lloyd can work at his computer during the day. That fleece blanket is not cutting it.
In other, more bizarre and wonderful news, my sister got married today! She is up in Alaska for a while yet and he came over from Hawaii to visit. With how crazy things are, with Alaska about to be put on ‘shelter in place’, they got a rush on a marriage license and tied the knot in a small civil ceremony, with the attendees a respectful 6 feet apart. When I found out, Lloyd and I sent a video of us throwing confetti in congratulations!

Congratulations to The new couple. You have both been very busy.

How fun and crazy and memorable for a wedding. And it’s nice to hear about something good happening. Congrats to Keren and husband! Yay!
