It is so cold. Our highs are in the single digits and the wind chill is in the minus teens. I’m not so much complaining for me, but it’s the kind of weather that makes me pray that people don’t keep pets outside and I pray for homeless people.
Our motto at school is ‘if it’s above zero (counting the wind chill) or below a hundred, we go outside’, so this week is going to be rough. Under normal circumstances, classes take turns running downstairs in the hallway to burn off steam, but you might remember that we have deconstruction from the sewer event. Ugh. We’ll see how it goes.
Happy Tuesday, y’all!

So very cold. And not going outside is usually rough for obvious reasons, but now that’s our only mask break (except lunch). No mask break for a week.

It’s been unusually cold here too, but for us that means something entirely different.
I hope your cold snap ends soon. Having no recess or outside time is hard.
