Creepy accurate for his age.

February 24, 2021

I have a boy in my class who is a human copy machine. Granted, he’s only five, so the detail isn’t great, but still….

I first noticed it when we were ‘writing’ to our pen pals. He copied the fancy letters of ‘Merry Christmas’ at the top of the stationary. It was amazing, but I have no photo proof.

This week, we were drawing ourselves as tooth fairies. (It tied in with a story we read.) Knox drew his, then looked up at Reese’s, which was already on the wall. Look at the stars! The mini side-fairies! The border!

That kid would have rocked making illuminated manuscripts back in the day. He would have churned out identical copies every time.

Hmmm… I’m curious to see what he would do if you gave him the Mona Lisa or something…
