Saturday was pretty productive. Early in the morning I listed some chairs on Facebook for free, and they were gone within an hour.

Then Sam and Gracen came over to move some basketball backboards up to the front yard so we could list them on Facebook, too. They are going to be picked up Monday, so that’s another good thing.

Lloyd started to pick Creeping Charlie out of the yard. I don’t know what he has against it – it’s a green ground cover, for cryin’ out loud.

I worked on some old cracks in the brick on the side of the house. Someone had previously caulked them, but that was coming out. I had some old mortar and squirted it in like frosting. Hopefully it will keep the bugs out.

That was enough for a weekend. Maybe two. In other news, my Dad is having some trouble with swelling in his legs, and prayers for that to be resolved would be so, so welcome.

Have a good Monday, everyone!

I feel like I used to do useful things on the weekend. Now I mostly sleep in my desk chair at school. Maybe after school’s over I’ll be better…
