‘Way back in September (August?) we spent money on exercise equipment – a treadmill for me and a stationary bike for Lloyd. As with everything in life, we used it faithfully for about a month, then they were just conversation pieces in the living room. (That’s right, the living room. Smack dab in the central hub. If we had put them in the basement or anywhere else, they wouldn’t have been used two days in a row.) Anyway, I have lowered my goal substantially. I used to walk for 30 minutes, so I decided that 10 would be just grand. 10 minutes a day? Any idiot can do that. Tonight I increased my productivity by 10%!! I tried to take a picture at 11 minutes, but I kept goofing up. Ah, I feel healthier already.

‘Bye, Brad
The saddest time of the year is when Brad leaves, because it means that fun is gone , work is just around the corner, and now we have to turn the furnace back to the ‘freezing’ setting. We took him to the airport around 11 a.m., but his plane was late to arrive, and leave. […]
