Night Time

April 8, 2011

I have a new clock for my nifty camping set-up. I love it!!

It was hard to remember to take a picture when it was dark enough.

It projects the time on the ceiling so I can just open my eyes and – BOOM – I know it’s 2:14!

And then – BOOM! – it’s 2:28!

BOOM! 2:47!

Oh! And it’s 68 DEGREES!

Sheesh – go to sleep already, Lauren.

I put it on the floor so the light on the front wouldn’t bother me.

I know what you mean about that light bothering you. My last bedside clock had green numbers instead of red. It was blinding. It was so bright I could hardly sleep at night. So I got a different clock, and I’m back to red numbers. And I sleep well.

Did you put just two of the legs on the chair for maximum reclining angle?

    • Lauren Said on:

Yes. The third night in the chair I woke up at 2-ish (I didn’t have the clock yet) and shoved some encyclopedias under the foot end. The feet raise it up nicely, plus now it looks like a monster with fangs.

So how long do you have to sleep in the chair?

You mean, how long do I get to sleep in the chair? 🙂 I had laryngitis last weekend and my voice feels much better now, so I could probably go back to sleeping in the bed, but this is awfully fun.
