We had a meeting tonight and about 3/4 into it I got a headache. It’s not a ginormous one, but I don’t get them very often so it’s kind of like a science experiment/observation: “Wow, my forehead feels really tight – kinda vice-y. And my ears feel like someone’s putting headphones in the wrong place.” I feel very detatched from the whole experience in a way.
I have a friend (I’m looking at you, Kate) who gets migraine headaches / neckaches all the time and yet she still goes on without complaint. I highly admire that.
So, no photo tonight. I’m going to track down some Tylenol.
Gretchen says
OUCH hope the Tylenol plus a good night’s sleep kicked it.
I also rarely get headaches and when I do they are accompanied by a very grouchy attitude. So Kudos to Kate!
Brad says
You should have taken a picture of your headache. I bet that would look interesting. Here’s what a Google image search turned up:

Ha! At one point I looked across the table and everything was wavy. I thought I was having a stroke but it turns out I was looking over the candle (we have nice meetings) and through the heat haze.
Kristi says
Looking at that photo starts to give me a headache.
Peggy says
I don’t get headaches too often either! It must be our
specialextraordinary brains that prevent them.Peggy says
shoot…..only special is supposed to be crossed out. Can you fix it?
My extraordinary brain would, but I don’t have access.
Lauren says
Fixed! But I’m leaving your ‘please repair’ comment up to boost my numbers.
