Duck Dynasty epiphany

January 5, 2013

Ha! See what I did there?

Have you seen Duck Dynasty? I had never watched an episode until Friday evening, and I have to say, I like it. The premise of this reality show is that a Southern family got rich making and selling duck calls. Really rich. Like, Clampett rich. The CEO of the company, Willie, has his brothers and uncle working for him, who would rather goof off than work, and hilarious rich redneck fun ensues. I don’t know if it’s because the southern drawl reminds me of being in Honeycreek, but it’s pretty funny.

Here’s a sample.

Here’s another one.

My only connection to the Internet is the tiny window of my phone. I’ll have to look later. I loved watching “The Beverly Hillbillies” 🙂
