Did you have one of these as a kid? This is 1970’s technology.
The ones we had (my mom made them) were for doing math problems (and made out of tall milk cartons). They have a curved slide inside to flip the card. One side of the card would say ‘4 + 4′, put it in the robot and …. Flip! The answer – 8!
Mine runs a simpler program: counting dots. Count ’em up, insert in the robot,
Flip! Check your answer!
It was all the rage this afternoon. I had several requests to make more, and advice to ‘Add some beeps to that machine! That would be so awesome!’
Flip! Take that, iPad.

Cool! You could do that with any kind of flash cards. That’s a tissue box, isn’t it? Are there instructions somewhere?
