Well, it was a day. It is bitterly cold and we didn’t go outside at school. Our motto is ‘If it’s above zero or below one hundred, we go outside.” (That’s regarding degrees, not number of scorpions on the playground.) The wind chill was well below zero, so we stayed inside. Awesome.
i stopped at Runza on the way home, got in the drive-through to order and…. my window was iced shut. Awesome.
Once home, I took the spirit of Beth’s list and threw away some stuff from one drawer. One drawer! (Fist pump!) Actually awesome!

I did a little cleaning too, but I didn’t finish. I exploded a pile of papers all over my living room so I could sort them. They are still like that. Check back with me in June to see if I’ve done anything about them yet.

You people need to move more often. You get rid of a lot of stuff that way. Maybe that’s what you could ask yourself while cleaning. “Is this worth packing and unpacking?”

Throwing away really isn’t a problem for Lauren. I actually asked her to ask herself, “Am I just going to buy another one of these in a couple of years?”
