Lloyd had an auction to go to on Saturday, so I went along to look at the stuff (not very interesting this time) and then go run some errands. When he was done, we had monitors to load in the car. I was grossed out at having to open and close the hatchback on the Prius. It has had all the grime of winter accumulate for months and is just yucky. I suggested we go to a car wash.
Well, it was our second gorgeous, 60-degree day of the week, so guess what? EVERYONE was thinking the same thing. We went to two different places where the lines went out into the street. Back in Seward, I decided to take the car myself. First car wash? Line out into the street. I went to the one with a big ol’ parking lot so I could wait my fifteen-minute turn in safety.
