Painting Party

October 27, 2017

IMG_0723I won’t have a photo up for a while, but we can just use our imaginations.

Some parents at school wanted to have a teacher appreciation evening, and that was very, very kind. They sponsored an evening where we got to choose an inspirational wall saying and paint it with stencils. Even though I’m usually a curmudgeon about such things (being social and wall sayings), I was glad to go and actually had a great time. The people were fun, the snacks were great, the craft ladies really knew their stuff and the hostess was fabulous.

Too bad I don’t have pictures, huh?

Happy Friday!

UPDATE: Pictures!

Aren’t those the exact phrases you painted over to make Marxhausen displays?
