Saturday Report

November 4, 2018

I have parent-teacher conferences coming up, and there is a fair amount of writing to be done, so I spent a lot of the day at school. I’m not done, so there will be more of that today.

Halfway through, I took a break to visit a fundraiser for a little boy at school who has cancer. His dad is a pilot, so it was at our little airport. They had a lunch, an auction, a bake sale AND they had helicopter and airplane rides. The place was packed with people, and it was so good to see our community get together to help out this family. That was a high point of the day.

In other news, Lloyd is getting a cold (yay!) and my stomach is not doing so hot. I’ll eat a pint of yogurt and see if that helps. Too much information? Too much information.
