Just a third.

January 9, 2019

This post would be better if I had a video, but that didn’t work out.

I was talking to Rachel about how fat Ralph was getting, but it’s kind of a loss because I free-feed them, except for the can of food. That is something I can control. The plan this week has been to scoop one third of the can on a plate for Ralph and the rest on a plate for the other two.

Day one was fun. Lloyd was no help, so I carried a plate of food in one hand and a squirming, screaming twenty-pound cat on one arm to the bathroom and slammed the door. I barely made it out alive.

It’s easier now. Lloyd helps me and we isolate Ralph then feed the other two. By the time they are on their third bite, Ralph is yelling from the bathroom that he’s done and is ready to finish theirs.

“I’m done!!”

Hehe… Ralph is a chonk. I wonder if you could train him to walk on a treadmill?
