Second Trick?

January 22, 2007 by Lauren 7 Comments

Hair clog

(Annette, this one’s for you.)  The vent that heats the bathroom is under Lloyd’s sink.  Can you guess who has known about this heating gold mine for ten years?

Aww, poor Phennig. You should just get her a reptile heating lamp like Ned has. He LOVES it! Plus, he never has to sit in a sink to stay warm.

She really is beautiful, you know. I mean, I know she’s not so smart (bless her heart), but she has looks going for her all the way! (sweet coddling voice) Pretty little hair clog in the sink…yes you are…you’re so pretty.

What a beautiful cat! And what’s up with the not so smart comments … she apparently is smart enough to find the warmest spot in the house & take it over!

      Dearest Peggy,

The only reason you think Pfennig could be smart is because you haven’t met her. Let me list just a few reasons Pfennig can be categorized as ‘special’:

      1. She cannot take more than four steps without lying down to rest. She has to nap on the way to a nap.
      2. She digs for water. (Have you seen the video??)
      3. Her best friend is a brick in the basement.
      4. She jumps on your lap, starts to knead with her needle claws, gets pushed off your lap, jumps up, ad nauseum.
      5. Our Primary Cat, Cricket, hates her and repeatedly smacks her head, but Pfennig just takes it.
      6. We call her ‘Dead in the Wild’. If you offer her actual meat, she doesn’t know what to do with it. Real food to her is kibble.

There are more reasons, but I’ve wasted enough of your time.

    Another great vent story!
And, I guess it’s up to you if you want to pet the cat that sits in spaces where people spit! It’s no bullet….

HA!HA! HE!HE! HA! Still laughing over #3. HA!
But she’s still loveable & beautiful! I too have a brain challenged pet—Forest—he pees whenever he sees a watermelon & runs away. I love pet stories!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You people and your ‘special’ pets. I, too have a ‘special’ pet, only she’s gifted. I must introduce you to Bobbie (the Wondercat).
