…but with longer hair.
We went to our godson Brighton’s birthday party in Lincoln yesterday.  I have to say – the Raquetball Club is the perfect place for a party! The boys got to ‘play’ tennis (which was adorable – mostly running around to gather the balls with the ball-collecting gadgets), swim, and use the big play space with basketballs, trikes, and a huge climber! They also completely set up the party for you. They order the cake, make the punch, set out the plates, cups and balloons – sweet! None of my ‘action’ pictures turned out, but I do have a good picture of Brighton with the present we gave him – a voice changer! You’re welcome, Stephannie…. you’re welcome. 😀
We had a bunch of errands to run afterward, and one was to get a sleeve-thing for Lloyd’s iPhone so I can drop it with more confidence. Brad and I looked at regular phones while Lloyd was at the desk with four employees and a security guard hovering around him like they were hummingbirds and he was a delicious flower with ridiculous hair.  iPhone royalty, that’s what he is… for just a few more weeks.
Michele says
Do you have a picture of that little boy Brad on a trike?
Peggy says
Huh?
Beth says
Ridiculous hair…heh.
I still vote for Lloyd getting cornrows.
Lloyd says
I would certainly get cornrows, but Lauren cringes everytime someone mentions it. She also seems opposed to me getting a flat-top. With those two options out the window, I ‘m sure you can see how hard it is for me to do anything.
Charles says
I think Lloyd ought to try shaving his head. It’s perfect for hot Nebraska weather, easy to manage, and all the really cool people seem to be doing it. (Right Brad?)
Lloyd says
Well, I tried to get a hair cut today, but it’s Monday, and you know what they say about Mondays.
Lauren says
“People with crazy hair shouldn’t get their hair cut on Mondays?” I’ve never heard that one.
Peggy says
Great descriptions!!!!
Nice to see you still basking in the glow of high technology! I’d be happy with the voice-changer … I love those things!
Lauren's dad says
Who’s for trying to win one of ten that Rush Limbaugh is giving away? You’ll have to check out his site for this.
Lauren says
They pay for a two-year contract?!?!? That’s so unfair!
Lloyd says
Hmmm, can’t get to his site from here. When I try it seems to be somewhere else: http://www.rushlimbaugh.com
Go Figure?
Lauren says
Lloyd!!! That’s my Dad!!!!!!
