Handbell Hero

December 21, 2007 by Lauren 7 Comments

You may be familiar with the guitar video game ‘Guitar Hero’ – star of Middle School Fun Night. Well, here’s hoping that Brad the Handbell Director doesn’t steal today’s post! If your computer has the speed, and you have the need, you have to play….

Handbell Hero.

Play the bells, play them well! Do it right, and the players delight. Do it badly, they frown sadly. Ding dong, don’t get it wrong. Enough already – click the picture.

Play me!

Heh. This is what it said when I was done:
“You, dear friend, are a hand bell hero.”
    I rock!

“Way to ring those bells, Quasimodo!” That’s what they said to me…but only on my second try. My first try was a total bust…

And now even after just two songs, my fingers are hurting…how do you boys play those video games for hours on end? I just can’t do it.

WOW! THIS IS GREAT! And my message was, “YOU ARE A MUSICAL GENIUS … forget what you’ve ever been told, especially by Mrs. Crow, who was an obvious fraudulent music teacher & all those hurtful things said by family, friends, & co-workers? Hogwash! You rock!”

(Actually, as I was playing the faces got sadder & sadder … then bayonets ejected from the handbells & well …. now there’s a lot of blood in the snow … sorry)
