Dryyyyyyyy

November 29, 2012 by Lauren 3 Comments

It has been pretty dry around here lately. Lloyd has a fleece blanket on his side of the bed for the cats to lie on, and he says when it’s completely dark and they walk across it, they spark. I wonder if we could market them as Lightning Cats?

Anyway, due to some miscommunication on our part, we haven’t turned the humidifier on that’s attached to the furnace. I though that it was because the pump that sucks excess water from the furnace/AC blah-blah-blah was broken.

Not understanding the situation, and having a sore throat that is getting worse each day, I was trying to put water into the air by boiling a pot of it each evening.

A big ol' pot. No sissy pot for me.

Tonight, however, I realized that all I am doing is saturating the cabinets right above the stove. When I showed it to Lloyd he said, “Why don’t you just turn on the humidifier?” Apparently, the pump isn’t broken, it’s just noisy (because it’s almost broken).

I think you should be soaking the cats in water. As the water evaporated, it would humidify your house.
