Happy Mother’s Day!

A very happy Mother’s Day to all you moms out there, but especially to our own!

To simulate the pain and struggle of raising their children, this year both of our moms hurt their ankles. My mom’s leg went numb when she was at the computer last week and when she stood up it collapsed and she sprained her ankle rather badly. Lloyd’s mom took it one wet-grass-on-a-hill step further and slipped while picking radishes and broke hers enough to require screws and a plate.

Moms. They have it rough!

And oh my….I am so sorry L&L’s mothers! Praying that you both heal quickly.

And this is one Mother’s Day that you’ll have to keep your feet up all day…..like it or not! Enjoy being pampered!

I’ve always wondered if screws and plates like that are magnetic.
    I’m praying for quick recoveries.

Thanks for the Mother’s day thoughts and prayers for the ankle recovery. I am past the two week mark, so am doing much better. I can get shoes on and walk on it. Yay!!
My prayers are for Jane (and Lloyd Sr.). Much more difficult at their house.
