My stomach has been giving me trouble lately, so I’ve spent the past few nights sleeping sitting up. Saturday night I actually fell asleep in my clothes, so I woke up fairly often to try and get comfortable, and wound up having some crazy dreams. One was very long and complicated, so I’ll just tell you the disturbing end.
I was trying to get two people at my new job to realize that they, too, could fly if they would just grab the handrails in the corners of the elevators as we went up. “Lift up your legs!” I suggested. The elevator stopped, and I realized that they were gone and I was alone with some …. liquid remains on the floor. The elevator doors opened and there were a whole bunch of professors from Concordia College looking at me.
“Good job!” one of them said.
“Wait a minute,” I said. “Did I eat them?”
“Yep.” The professors all said, and then went about their boring professor jobs. Apparently I was being initiated into some sort of vampire group.
“Um, I better wake up real quick,” I said to myself.

Scary dream!

Sorry to freak everybody out. It was more cartoon-y than realistic. 🙂

Hehe… And I’m sorry I didn’t comment. I typed one and never clicked “submit comment”. I think you could probably write a pretty successful story about the professors at Concordia being vampires.
