I never told you how it all turned out on Sunday. Well, it was great. At 7:00 a small crew arrived and we set up speakers and such, then wrapped it all up in plastic bags and prayed that the rain would stay away.
Then we decorated the site and prayed some more. At 10:00, there were many people, many shovels, and no rain. It was just right. You can click here to see the happy photos.
The end. 🙂

It was a wonderful ceremony/service!
Elaine Royuk says
Yes, yes it was a wonderful ground breaking. I loved all the kids turning that dirt. And during the little service they were sitting at their parents feet, in the dirt, playing with the dirt;just as they should.

The sky in your picture is so cool. I think I might’ve had trouble paying attention to the service if the sky looked like that the whole time.
