Brad, you left some milk here. Nearly a half-gallon of your weird milk-water. Bleh. Skim. I tried a little experiment: Pouring it in the 2%, effectively making it 1%, then pouring in a shot of half-and-half, making it whole milk. I think.
Did you know that whole milk is only about 3.5% fat? I had some notion that it was 50% or something.
Note to self: shake milk jug before pouring.
Brad says
Heh. A few weeks ago I needed milk, but only saw 1% in the store, so I got it. It was so rich! It was like drinking melted ice cream. Mmmm… delicious melted ice cream…
Kristi says
What would happen if you drank true whole milk — raw milk that came straight from the cow? Might it make you gag?
Lauren says
I think the only creature that wouldn’t gag on that milk is a calf. *jibblie*
Brad says
Milk is my favorite drink in the whole world. I would be very interested in tasting milk straight from a cow. Actually, I think I had it in high school at Gina’s house, but I don’t remember for sure.
