I’m currently busy. I know, I know – everyone is busy, and I believe if I held up my busy to your particular busy you would laugh and mock my pathetic little busy, but I’m too busy for my own tastes right now. Therefore, this post is short.
Happy Ash Wednesday. Wait – that’s not right. Somber Ash Wednesday?

I sometimes wonder how my busy objectively compares to other peoples’ busy. I tend to be like you though, and think that my busy isn’t as bad. I guess we all get used to what we’re used to, right?

Agreed. I get irritated by people who are dismissive of others’ claims of busy-ness. We all have the right to say no, or to have chosen different options that would have made our schedules less full. But we don’t have the right to be judgey or dismissive of someone “less busy” than we are. We choose our own busy.
Thus ends the homily.

Amen. This is why we’re friends.

Like.
I would be more busy if I tried to do all the stuff that needs to be done. I think when you hit a certain you don’t worry about so much. You do what you can…what you feel like doing….and then fugget about it.

Way to go — get stuff done.
