We didn’t get home until late last night, and were eating Subway at 10:15, so I didn’t get anything written.
Ok, where were we? Since we are not in the new building, we don’t have room for the school-age children. We are re-configuring the old center to accommodate our extra toddlers and preschoolers. Everybody is in a different room. We have a new teacher in the toddler room, two teachers in the old threes room, two teachers in my old room and I am in the school-age room. It’s a little frustrating but also a little freeing, because while we have to get it all ready, there is absolutely zero pressure to make it fantastic. We are going for clean and manageable. Nobody needs to re-invent the wheel here, we are just surviving. What compounds all of this is that it is county fair time, so several of our staff are also involved in that and it makes for some teary-eyed moments.
Anyway, the flooring is in at the new place and the fence is nearly done. Still no countertops in the kitchen, though, so that is causing a lot of back-up.
Today is another work day. I am going to Lincoln this morning (woo-hoo!) to get some problem-solving items and Lloyd is working on wiring stuff, then more school stuff. Yay.
Happy Saturday!

You went to bed with food in your stomach? Wow. That is an indication of your dedication to get this stuff done!
