I spent several hours at work on Saturday and came home tired. I had wanted to go camping but couldn’t come up with the energy to find and pack all the stuff, let alone get food organized. That made me sad. Around 5 I told Lloyd we were grabbing dinner at Runza and half-camping. We sat by the lake, read books and made a fire. We were home by 9:30.
It was pretty good.

I like half-camping. It’s less than half the work.

The way you wrote your comment reminds me of Bilbo’s speech at his eleventy-first birthday:
“I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.”

You did the best part of camping. I would camp all the time if it would end with me sleeping in my bed.

I agree!
