My class took a long walk this morning. First we checked on the hatching chicks in Deborah’s classroom, then we checked in on the Center for Liturgical Art that is going to begin construction tomorrow (more on that another time).
After that we walked by a house that is going to be moved and marveled at how they were cutting off the roof.
Finally, we were close enough that we thought we could walk by the old center and peek in the windows. Unfortunately they were covered in plastic sheeting because they had been painting, but! They let us go in and walk around! It was much more meaningful for me than the children, but it was still fun and nice.

Do you know what’s to become of the old place? Wait… I think you said what was happening to it, but now I don’t remember.

It’s going to be a Snap Fitness. I think they’re doing a great job.
Deborah, thanks for the invitation! I wrote an email to Montana because we walked in on her class and I felt bad. She was wonderfully gracious.

They are now fluffy and in a box so they’re easier to see. Come back, if you can!

I heard your voicemail tonight. We might have to stop in tomorrow! 🙂

A walk was a great idea yesterday. It was a beautiful day! Thanks for coming to see the chicks!
