So, with ruined paint, now I need to fix it all. The list for repainting the bathroom is broken down into tiny jobs:
Get tools, caulk upstairs tub area (done), paint ceiling first, find wall color (I think that’s done), buy wall color, vinyl off wall, wipe walls, paint walls, sand trim paint trim, put a note on the light fixture about how to remove it before putting back on. You can see how this small task is going to take me a year.
Anyway, Sunday afternoon I peeled the vinyl words off the wall. Remember the words we put up nearly ten years ago? Well, the job took me about ten minutes, but I can mark it off the list!

Wow! You are actually doing it! I hope to be inspired by your posts. I stopped at Home Depot for paint color cards yesterday. I want to paint my living room.
Brad says
Are you doing the same/similar wall color, or are you changing it?

I’m aiming for the same color, but it’s tricky, I actually have a can of it downstairs with the formula written on it, but the writing has faded. “Bavarian Oak” is the name of it, but I don’t know if I can look that up?
