First Day Back

August 12, 2020

The summer program ended on Friday and our fall session begins today. For the first time in years, I was done in my room by dinnertime last night. We only had two days (plus the weekend) to get ready this year, and there were meetings (and some people had a three-hour training) within that time. I didn’t get everything done that I wanted, but it’s good enough for now.

I took some photos of things in the room, but forgot to upload them. I’ll show you later.

Prayers for today would be welcome. We have new families coming and younger children are transitioning to older rooms. Parents don’t come in the building, so we’ve done everything we can to ease their minds, but prayers for calm hearts, happy smiles and energetic teachers would be great.

Happy Wednesday!

Prayers for you, your class and all of the CDC.

Praying for you! …though your day is mostly over by now already. God can make it retroactive though, right?
