The old stove is finally gone. Lloyd listed in on our local Facebook group last Tuesday, and some guy said he would come get it. (We have several people in town who collect scrap metal.)
The guy didn’t show.
Lloyd contacted him a couple of times, but there was no reply. (I hope he’s ok.) For days and days, that stove sat in our driveway, making the neighbors wonder if we were ok.
I re-listed it on Sunday, and sure enough, a different guy came to get it. Now, my driveway is just embarrassing because of the weeds.
Out with the old, in with the new, right?
