UPDATE: Lauren here. This post was supposed to be called ‘1,000 reasons to smile’, and here’s what I wrote before sacking out:
It was a surprisingly full day. I woke up for church 26 minutes before start time and made it! (I even showered!) Next I joined Brad, Beth, Harold & kids out at Waco for a delicious breakfast. (Lloyd has the cold now, so he didn’t go.) Then some visiting at home and a trip to Wal-Mart, then an evening solving Brad’s thousand-piece puzzle. It’s actually the second puzzle he’s purchased. The first was a Monet puzzle that was so crazy hard nobody wanted to spend the time on it. So he bought this much more reasonable version at Wal-Mart, and we finished it in 4 1/2 hours. Boo-yah!
