After Elaine and I dropped the boys off at the airport, we stopped at The Container Store. I scored something that I’ve been looking for for a while: a hinged jar.
I’ve become a fan of roasted garlic, and you are supposed to keep it in olive oil when it’s in the fridge. The problem is, when I open and close the jar, it gets all oily. This jar should prevent that from happening.
Having successfully transferred the garlic, I ran to WalMart for a few things. I bought a new lightbulb for the inside of the oven and a couple for the vent hood.
Woo-hoo! Let there be light!
…. somebody ought to clean that oven. Haha ha ha . Nobody cleans the inside of ovens!

It feels so good to find the object of a Quest.
May your garlic be roasted and your jar not be oily…
