Alright. We’ve now had seperate discussions with both Brad and Beth, and we are calling a truce. The stress of coming up with something good to say is starting to wear on our nerves. So here’s the proposal: No longer do people have to try to come up with a super-witty comment or post. Any comment is welcome, and all posts are magnificent!Â
Here’s my non-exciting post:
This bag of potting soil has been in our dining room since October 12th. I didn’t buy it, and I’m not moving it. So there!
That’s a lot of potting soil.
It WAS witty. You’re a nut.
Brad? How on earth did you sneak all the way back to Nebraska, buy a bag of potting soil, leave it in Lauren’s dining room and then sneak back to Maryland without seeing even one of us? How rude.
I don’t really like this truce business…I know being witty takes work and all, but it seems if we’re not being witty, we’re being silent…and frankly, I prefer pressure to quiet pondering…plus, the thrill of checking sites has fizzled…
And so, game on my friends. (Not that I’m really much of a winner, but I can lose with the best of them…er…us.)
Game on.
I thought my comment on this post WAS witty. After the post says don’t be super-witty, I posted something incredibly droll.
