A caveman a day…

January 16, 2007 by Lauren 9 Comments

I’m gettin’ healthy - yep!  Today’s impulse buy was a box of Flinstones vitamins “with Bone Building Support*”   I figure it’s smart to bulk up on health since I’m around all those barfing children, and the calcium (equivalent to one 5 ounce glass of milk!) can only do me good.   Unbeknownst to Lloyd, I’m going to trick him into taking them, too.

Oh, the flavors! The flavors!

(I did not make that up.)

I’ve never gotten Flintstones vitamins because they taste too good. I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to help myself and I’d eat the whole bottle. Then I’d die of some strange condition brought on by surplus vitamins.

I guess at least it would be a good “House” episode…

Let me know if that old urban legend is true . . . that there are no “Bettys” in Flinstone Vitamins.

      Betty was a Rubble/Rubbel, not a Flintstone!

I always liked Betty more than Wilma. Unless you’re talking about Wilma Deering from “Buck Rogers”. Then I like her a LOT better than Betty.

But supposedly there is a Barney & Bam Bam . . . so what happened to poor Betty?
