“It’s an older mailbox, but it checks out.”

March 26, 2007 by Lauren 4 Comments

My class finished up a study of Mail a while ago, so imagine my surprise when they said they’d be coming out with mailboxes that look like R2-D2!  Lincoln has one, so we stopped by on the way to choir to get photos with the celebrity.

I look like C-3PO, huh?

(Sorry, I didn’t send out any letters.)

I’m so jealous! I read about these just the other day!

Now say this into a thing that looks like a manual pencil sharpener:

Listen to them. They’re dying, Artoo! Curse my metal body! I wasn’t fast enough! It’s all my fault! My poor master!

I can’t believe it hasn’t been un-bolted and thieved! Surely that will happen, don’t you think?

Hey, I’ve seen these in Balto. & they often wheel around the streets …. right after a supplement.
