    It may have been an accident. Perhaps the orange car was driving too fast and t-boned the tractor. Did you see any tire skid marks at the scene?

      Do you suppose that the guy under the tractor was one of the tippers? Or maybe just a passenger in a passing car who stopped to see what was going on?
