I bought a giant cutting board a while ago and in addition to doing a bang-up job holding the food I cut, it also calls to me to fill it with food to directly eat. This weekend I wanted to make a charcuterie board for lunch.
It was great: homemade bread, rolls of sliced meat, bits of cheese, peppers, pickles……. wait a minute.
All I did was eat pieces of a sandwich.
Doesn’t matter. It was still awesome.
