Sunday was more productive than Saturday. Church, grocery shopping, lunch, then some actual cleaning. Nothing major, but I did take everything out of the baking cabinet, made some difficult decisions, then put most of it back again. (Sorry, tin can cake pans. You didn’t make the cut. Neither did the expired ingredients and lid for the 9 x 13 baking pan that doesn’t exist anymore.)
All in all, I feel ok about it. Before:

There’s a new ‘sort of’ shelf in the front of the bottom part. We’ll see if that works out. I see from the photos that the toekick looks disgusting. Awesome. I wonder if that’s dirt or if it needs to be repainted.

Hey, if I do one cabinet a month, thie place will be all tidy for my retirement!

You added shelves on the bottom. I wonder every once in a while if I should try re-configuring my kitchen cabinets.

It is a ‘shelf’ that is propped up by three chunks of 2x4, and Lloyd has pointed out that it makes it nearly impossible to get out that big bowl in the back. I’m going with the theory that since we use that big bowl once every five years, this is not that big of a loss.
Deborah says
Well done! I finally put all the paint stuff away from this summer.
Kristi says
Isn’t it a good feeling to see stuff put away?
Lauren says
Yes. If only seeing things not put away were very, very painful. I would be much, much tidier. 😉
